This site does not use advertising networks, social media pixels, or behavioural tracking tools. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, phone number, and email address you enter. That information is used only to respond to your message and is not shared with third parties.
A single cookie preference value is stored in your browser's localStorage — not a server-side cookie — to remember whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice on the home page. No tracking cookies are set. No data is transmitted to external parties as a result of this storage.
The web server retains standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, HTTP status code, browser type, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are not used for profiling or sold to any party.
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing, you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data held about you, to restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@oakmerefield.eu. We will respond within 30 days.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
